Seven days free
Eligible new subscribers receive seven days of full access. A payment method and verified email are required. Your first payment occurs seven days after activation, at the price and interval shown above. Your account displays the exact trial end. Stripe then renews the subscription automatically unless cancelled.
We check introductory-trial eligibility on the backend using minimal anti-abuse records, including payment-method fingerprints. A previously trial-used payment method cannot claim another trial. If eligibility fails or cannot be established, no trial subscription is created and no paid subscription is substituted. You may explicitly accept the regular paid offer on Pricing.
Cancel before the next charge
Open Account settings and select Cancel renewal, or use Manage subscription to open Stripe’s billing portal. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid its first charge. Cancellation stops future renewal and preserves access until the current trial or paid period actually ends. It removes subscriber Discord access at expiry, leaving your public server membership intact.
Payment problems
Stripe handles payment confirmation, renewal and retries. If a payment fails, access does not extend beyond the previously confirmed entitlement. Use Manage subscription to update payment details or complete bank authentication. A checkout success screen alone never grants access.
Refunds and account deletion
Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund an earlier payment. Request help through Support for a billing error or refund request. A final commercial refund policy and private billing-support channel must be confirmed before public paid launch; no automatic refund promise is made here. Applicable rights remain unaffected.
Deleting your account is different from cancelling renewal: it immediately stops the subscription and access, then removes personal application data after external cleanup completes. Minimal trial-abuse records remain as described in the Privacy Policy.
